Due to the custom nature of POD items:

• No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item is defective.
• Wrong size, color preference, or buyer's remorse are not eligible for return or replacement.
• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
• Clear photos of the issue are required to process a replacement.
• Personalized items (including custom text or names) are final sale.
• For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.

4. Shipping Policy

We partner with print providers and carriers to deliver your order. Please note:

• Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, printing partners, weather, or other factors outside our control.
• Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• If a package is lost during transit (not marked delivered), contact us within 30 days so we can assist.
