1. Where We Ship

At this time, MidnightGalaxyGoods.com ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

All products are Print-on-Demand, meaning each item is made after your order is placed.

Typical production time: 2–7 business days

Production times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Once production is complete, your order ships via our fulfillment partners' chosen carriers.

Typical U.S. delivery time: 3–7 business days

Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or print partners are outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, provider, and destination.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees on their order.

Because our items are produced by different Printify partners:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

To protect the integrity of custom production:

Orders cannot be changed, edited, or updated once submitted.
This includes shipping address changes.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, MidnightGalaxyGoods.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package becomes lost in transit (not delivered), contact us within 30 days and we will assist with a claim or replacement when applicable.
Carrier delays are not eligible for refunds.
